Railfan Exchange II: Part 15, Grandview Missouri 9-4-00

Title:
Railfan Exchange II: Part 15, Grandview Missouri 9-4-00

Description:
Today on my daily walk, I got a special treat. I BNSF unit coal train pulled up from the north and stopped. The engine on the head end decoupled and came past me, then after a series of switching moves, some KCS power lashed on to the BNSF engine and coupled onto the train and took off. Not only were there units on the front, but some on the rear pushing as well (distributed power). It is interesting to see railroaders at work doing what they do everyday.

Dale y Gánale al tren / Let's move is only a train
Sabemos que en América latina hay pocos trenes sin embargo en USA es fácil encontrarse un cruce de trenes cada una milla y claro algún psicótico que este muy apurado y le quiera ganar a uno, ¿pero a dos? piénsalo dos veces. We know that in Latin America there are few trains however easily found in the USA is a crossing train each mile and a psychotic clear that this very hurry and you want to win one, but two? Think twice.
