Siren on top of the Pinellas County Jail
Description:
There is Thunderbolt 1000 siren on top of the Pinellas County Jail, Clearwater, FL which it goes off every Friday at 12:00 noon and I just wondering is it for tornado warning and I did ask someone and told me it for prison escape. Also there is a Bayside High School (across from the Pinellas County Jail) Would the students be in danger during prison break...?
