A former school has been converted into artist lofts. Next we headed south to Organ Pipe Cactus Monument were we drove around the park.  | Rock of Cashel (Chapter 11) After passing through Cork we headed north towards Dublin. We stopped in Cashel in County Tipperary to visit the famous Rock of Cashel. The Rock served as the seat of the Kings of Ireland for centuries. Most of the structures standing there today date to the 12th and 13th centuries.
