 | BEFORE THEY WERE TUTSI - Ira Ortman BEFORE THEY WERE TUTSI: The four girls who currently comprise the Russian singing group Tutsi (Lesya Yaroslavskaya, Nastya Krainova, Masha Weber, Ira Ortman) were all contestants on the 3rd season of the Russian TV talent show "Star Factory" before they came together to form the group Tutsi. Following the usual format of that show, they sometimes sang individually, sometimes with other contestants, and sometimes with an established singer making a guest appearance on the show. Here Ira Ortman is one of the three backup singers for guest Leonid Agutin. Once the crowd joins in, Masha is visible in a purple top and Nastya in a long-sleeved yellow shirt with a heart on the front. Not sure where Lesya is, though. (I love this song, by the way - "Granitsa.") |
