I embodied the role of a mother as best I could. The song, in it's original form, is actually 3 half-steps LOWER (basically in lower alto range). I'm a soprano, so we raised it a bit into my belt range. I have recently been honored with a nomination for an arizoni Award for Best Supporting Actress in a Non-Contracted Musical. Wish me luck!  | Home - Phantom I have ventured back into my high voice after a nearly 1.5 year hiatus from it. I've spent a while strengthening my belt voice and now I'm re-working my high because of it. I had trouble memorizing the words because I was not only working on this, but on my senior project and a show at my theater. My expression could be bigger.
