 | Amtrak 450 451 test runs at mp294 7/22 & 8/23/93 We caught two Amtrak test runs past MP294 West Newton, PA on the CSX (ex-B&O) Pittsburgh sub in 1993. The 1st clip was the tilt train, on July 22, 1993, with two Amtrak F40's units shoving the train east bound on the west bound main.
