This is early eighties Chicago punk band Negative Element (who were in town for a reunion in conjunction with the documentary YOU WEREN'T THERE A HISTORY OF CHICAGO PUNK 1977-1984) lipsynching to their 1983 EP on Chic-A-Go-Go, our cable access kids' dance show.
