This footage was taken on May 10, 2009. After a sleepless night and seven hours of non-stop twitching, I decided to grab my camera and get a bit of it on film. It is uncomfortable, sometimes painful and always extremely exhausting. (The part where I smile is when the dog came by to say hi) slice-girl.blogspot.com

finger tremor / jerk
Finger tremors / jerks. After extending my fingers I try to smoothly relax them into their "natural" position. Notice how the wrist's orientation affects the relaxation. When the wrist is dorsiflexed while trying to relax the fingers, it results in a jerky motion. If the wrist is a little bit flexed when relaxing fingers, the result is that fingers move smoothly to their "natural" position.
