I grew up in Davis Junction, Illinois. At age 16 I started up my own landscaping business. For 3 years I struggled to get by with that business, but through college it paid the bills as I studied marketing at Northern Illinois University in Dekalb. I began looking for more ways to be effective with my time. While in school, I interned in a program working for Corporate McDonalds in Oakbrook, IL as a consumer to consumer marketing consultant. Well at McDonalds I watched my sister buy over $1milllion of Real Estate and cash out of more than $120,000 of personal income. I decided to sell my landscaping business to get into real estate investing. At age 19 I found myself broke with a beginning credit score, starting a new business. I came across a local community of real estate investors and started getting some good mentorship. In just a couple of months I began to learn. I attended Nouveau Riche, which is a school for real estate investors, and became very knowledgeable on a wide variety of real estate investing topics. In my first twelve months after beginning to learn I made my first 6 figures. I took that knowledge and expanded my business, which eventually lead me to move to Glendale Heights, Illinois to expand Nouveau Riche throughout Chicagoland and the Midwest. As of May, 2008 I have been living here, and I frequently travel between Madison, Rockford, Chicago, Elgin, Downers Grove, and Dekalb. I am actively looking for people who are interested in real estate investing and business ownership, who want to earn additional income by working directly with me to help grow our community out here. $250k first year potential for the right person.
