Part 2 of 2 Video shot October 30, 2009 from on board Amtrak's Empire Builder as it passes through western and central Minnesota. When they're on time, both east and westbound Empire Builders travel through this area very early in the morning when most passengers are attempting to sleep. Scanner audio was recorded using a scanner hooked up to a voice recorder set to go off only upon the transmittance of sound.
