Dad told me about this today. Apparently the moon is 31000 feet closer to Earth than it should be, and 31% brighter. He tells me this is the only time I'd see it for another 100 years!

Last December 12 i took this phenomenom which it´s called the biggest moon of the year. This event, will come again until 2017. Some of us won´t be there to see it again.

This is the closest the moon will to be the earth this year. I put my Canon FS100 on a tripod and shot this quick clip at full zoom. here's a little bit of shake on it and thats from me shifting my weight around on the deck I was on. Not too shabby for paying $280 for this camcorder on sale.
