Description:
Although Canadian Pacific began running trains here again by June 30, standing water still covered both tracks just east of Reeseville. Trains were limited to 3 MPH while the power was in the water, and 5 MPH while any of the rolling stock was still in the water. Here, eastbound UP 9446 and its three CP helpers finish negotiating the drink on the east side of the marsh near the Walton Road crossing. Late in the video, a westbound train with CP ES44ACs 8838 and 8700 passes by on the other track, on its way toward the water.
