Recorded in January 2007. The video begins as I fly above the Derwent River looking down on the city of Hobart, Tasmania. Next there is a cockpit view of my landing at Hobart International Airport. On the ground I walk along the wharf in downtown Hobart and past Salamanca Place. I then goto the top of Mount Wellington for spectacular views of the city. How to skin nuts for a fry. These happen to be bull balls, however sheep and pig are basicaly the same. The key is FROZEN, let thaw for 3 hours. Ball sack will peel off the ... um ... nut. We quarted them, however when small, can just fry whole in pan or deep fried...either way - YUM!!

Unemployment was a serious problem in Launceston (Around 12%) in 1991 with a lot of young people hanging out in the Launceston Mall.
Southern Downs Steam Railway - Toobeah Express with C17 971
The Southern Downs Steam Railway ran their first long distance tour to Goondiwindi during the June Long Weekend in 2009 in conjunction with the Q150 celebrations being celebrated in Goondiwindi. A local run out to Toobeah was run for locals who have possibly never seen on ridden on a steam train, despite the train running very late the train was totally booked out and the day was classed as a complete success.
