Description:
Little Egypt is the very southernmost part of Illinois,a land between the rivers rich is culture,coal mining and beauty. Most of the people who migrated here came from eastern Kentucky,eastern Tennessee and Virginia to work the coal mines. It's people are strong Scotch-Irish with a hint of Appalachia in it's accent,culture and history of violent fueds,bootlegging and mine strikes which have led to many deaths. This Egypt is also a secret.
