Well, I didn't get any Pompanos. I only used 2 gallons of gas though. I caught chingos of whitings and a butterfly drum. It was a awesome day. It got hot real fast and I got a killer sunburn. Water was cold and turning green. Should be a great weekend!!! I had surf trunks on in the video too...

Packery Channel Repairs Delayed
CORPUS CHRISTI - Packery Channel repairs are now being delayed because of the current economic crisis. It's been two month since Hurricane Ike hit the Texas Gulf Coast causing millions of dollars in damage. The storm left damage at Packery Channel, but repairs will have to wait. Packery Channel is the responsibility of the Army Corps of Engineers and any work done or money spent for the jetty has to be approved by Congress.
