Hoover Dam
Hoover Dam, also known as Boulder Dam, is a concrete arch-gravity dam in the Black Canyon of the Colorado River, on the border between the US states of Arizona and Nevada. When completed in 1935, it was both the world's largest electric power producing facility and the world's largest concrete structure. It was surpassed in both respects by the Grand Coulee Dam in 1945. It is currently the world's 34th largest hydroelectric generating station.

The highway goes over the dam, but a by pass bridge is being built across the Colorado River just down stream from the dam due to be completed in September of 2009. My skydive over Boulder City, NV
Yes I was freaking out!! That's Olivia landing behind me at 4:19 in the video! In case you're wondering why the guy keeps tapping me as we're free-falling, it's because we were trained beforehand to extend our arms outward when he tapped, but I was still in such total shock that I was falling at 120mph toward the Earth that I just kinda froze :) Good thing Mike was on my back to wrestle me out of King Tut position!
