Great story. For years, this man was a great singer in the chapter in Algona, Iowa. Then unexpectadly, he lost his voice, and out of embarassment, never returned to the chapter, and had left barbershop alltogether. A friend invited him to the show, and although reluctant, he showed up. At the afterglow, his friends begged us to sing with him, telling us how good he was. He hadn't sung barbershop for years, so it took him a bit to adjust. I love the way this guy sings his butt off in this clip, living in the moment, and singing every word from the heart. We sang several songs that night, but this was the only clip that we were able to capture. It was a pleasure singing with him. I hope we meet again!
