Landreneau, the Adjutant General of the Louisiana National Guard, fly over several towns including Delcambre, Erath and Lake Charles observing search and rescue. Soldiers from the 256th Infantry Brigade Combat Team and Louisiana Wildlife Enforcement Agency rescued nearly 250 people on Sept. 13.
