Heading north through American Brass Co. In Ansonia

Metro North Train 1934, the Waterbury Shuttle from Bridgeport to Waterbury, has just departed Ansonia Station, and is now making its way through the middle of American Brass Co. in Ansonia, just north of the station. Today's consist is a pair of FL9M's back to back with 2016 on the point and 2027 trailing. There are two coaches; Shoreline II 6442 and Shoreline I cab car 6101 (Storm King). Listen to the horn (K5LA) as the train crosses the multiple crossings in the factory, as well as the revving of the 567C engine. To me, this is a personal favorite in train noise. Please excuse the crappy view, as I am standing in the vestibule of the north end of the front car, before the engines, and there is very little room to see much through the car entrance. The video was more or less taken just to hear the engine and its many wonderful sounds. The video was taken on January 7th, 2008.
