Morton Fireworks 09'
Fourth of July Fireworks at the Morton VFW in Morton, Illinois. These are just some various segments of the whole show and the grand finale at the end. I shot this with my JVC Everio HD . I also have an audio-technica atr25 Stereo Microphone. I used a tripod of course! Sorry for the slight mistakes I made during the filming.. But Enjoi!

Pumpkin Launch 2008
On Novermber 1, 2008 the Discovery Science Center and the Federation for American Scientists and Engineers hosted the first annual Pumpkin Launch at CSU Fullerton. 7 Teams competed and built catapults, trebuchets, and even a cannon to launch pumpkins at targets. This video gives an overview of the competition, and highlights the Booz Allen Hamilton created catapult.
Sir Launch-a-Lot Trebuchet (Part 1)
This is a video of our testing and tuning of our Floating Axle/King Arthur (FAKA) trebuchet Sir Launch-a-Lot. This video is a compilation of tests from the very first "launch" to our current state. The trebuchet was built for a pumpkin chucking contest to throw a 2 pound pumpkin with a maximum of a 5 x 5 foot base.
Pumpkin Toss 2007
Xander Spike (in green) is a new character to Revel Grove. His ship was wrecked and he is stuck in the village. He now tests his pumpkin tossing prowess for the first time ever against pumpkin toss veteran, Andrew Stuart (in a one-time guest appearance this season). Watch as the testosterone flies and see if they both feel like more of a man t the end.

The Farm
This is a little video I shot for the NPPA Multimedia Immersion Workshop in Louisville, KY last week. I was given a story to do on the Joe Huber Family Farm and Family Restaurant. When I got there, I found out that the patriarch, Joe Huber, had just died. I found Felix Sanchez, who has worked there for 30 years. He was devastated that Joe had died. Richard Koci Hernandez and David Stephenson were my coaches and they rocked.
