Although California State law does not require helmets for bicyclist 18 or older, any bicyclist going through the BASE did. -Luckily the guard was easy on me Regretably, I was so caught up in getting to Oceanside that I completely forgot to film anyting the the base. No worries tough, I got some coming back. |
