Each of the au pairs in my Alexandria/Fairfax, VA cluster in Au Pair in America receives a rubber duck at their first cluster business meeting. The au pairs are asked to take pictures of themselves traveling in the USA with their duck. The rubber ducks acts as their "flat stanley" for the year. It is great to see American through the eyes of my AWESOME au pairs!!!
