Time lapse video of at least two mesocylones undergoing the occlusion process. Note the rear flank downdraft (RFD) intrusions into the mesocyclone, originating from the left side of the image (west), and moving to the right (east). If you look closely, you might be able to see downward cloud motion along left edges of the RFD and mesocyclone interface, with rapid upward motion along the leading edge of the RFD "clear slot", and on the leading edge of the rotating updrafts. Also note the anticyclonic (clockwise) rotation on the left side of the video, just left of the nearest RFD intrusion.  | Ocean City Maryland Mesocyclone Storm rolls in with Tornado watches for the area! This storm rolled over Ocean City Maryland on July 30th 2009 at 40 to 50 MPH catching everyone off guard. There were tornado watches for this particular storm but its un-clear as to whether any had materialized.
