Boothby's Igloo (Inside) Extreme Makeover: Igloo Edition
Description:
With the Silver Thaw (Ice) and added snow we were bored and decided to expand the Igloo and finish the interior. Nice enough to make a dwarf economically challenged Inuit family proud...No seal oil lanterns though...Just candles. It's big enough to accommodate a 6'1" 230 pound, 4' 50 pound, and 3 foot 30 pound human at the same time. We read a Dinosaur book while inside and listened to White Christmas :-) 72 hours until Jesus Birthday Party!

 | Awesome IGLOO with beer holders and fireplace. Two of my friends built this, I put on the finishing touches. It took about 3 days to do and 60+ recycling bins full of snow. I am 6'4 and can stand up inside the igloo (with my head in the chimney lol) but its about 6 feet tall, and you can have 8 people comfortably in there... (4 with a fire). We have more beer holders to make; and a night time video will be up soon for maximum ownage. |

 | Is This a Meteorite? Found 3/28/09 Amboy, Washington Found today 3/28/09 by my son in Amboy, Washington. We were high in the Hills and were doing target practice. My son found it among a bunch of rocks. I looked for more and found nothing else like it. We sanded a corner edge and it's metal, but non-magnetic. We are wondering if anybody can confirm if it's a meteorite or a meteor-wrong! |
