"Spidey Meets Silly Willy"
"Now stop me if you've posted this one..." A 1977 Spiderman comic skit starring Danny Seagren as Spidey and Jim as a thieving clown gone bad. Notice Jim quotes John Wayne Gacy in his first scene. Not exactly PC...! The theme to Spiderman on The Electric Company was composed by Gary William Friedman.
Classic Sesame Street - Role Call For 20
A cartoon with a 0 playing the head officer having the numbers 1-20 sound off.
"Is, Is, Is..."
"Is, Is, Is..." a catchy little Gary William Friedman number where the always-ebullient and kewpie doll-eyed Hattie wonders aloud who Spidey is as he climbs the wall via chroma key compositing.
Spidey Fixes The Hum: Pt. 1
Luis, who played villain The Blowhard in a different Spidey, returns this time as David Dinger, a washed up 1950's pop singer who turns to a life of crime as... The Hum! Notable for Todd Graff nearly flubbing a line, and for Joe Raposo's usually muppet-related loud, lampooning trumpet rock making an unannounced appearance. This is part 1 of 3 (big file).
3 axis skull Quartet REVISED
Here is the latest version of my Halloween Quartet, named "Sindy Skinless and the Decomposers". In this Video, they are singing "The Headless Horseman."
She sips, so steer clear of her
You better steer clear of The Silver Sipper! Danny Epstein scores what arguably could be Hattie's showcase performance of the entire series. Dressed from hat to spurs in sparkly lame, Hattie's surly bad-girl evokes Mae West in her delivery of certain lines, and draws an admiring smile from a closely watching Morgan. A warm thank you to NantoVision! :D
The Decomposers - Children
"Children" by The Decomposers (The Premonist of The Dead Beats/The Society of Invisibles and The Wizard of odD). Their album is droppin' soon.
Ill Bill - This Is Who I Am
"This Is Who I Am" by Ill Bill, off "The Hour of Reprisal". Produced by DJ Muggs.
Sesame Street - The Count Counts Rolling Children on a Mat
Uploaded by request, from 1977. This is from a series of insert segments produced in the mid to late 1970s, featuring children with Down's Syndrome. These segments often opened with this trippy Scanimate intro, set to a very cool theme song.
"It Really Blew My Mind" Pt. 2
The streetwise dude from the cartoon with the baby taking everything literally is back. In this clip, he's showing off his b-ball skills when some joker offscreen decides to interrupt his flow. Oh yeah - it's about the sound of "u". Kind of.
