Title:
Quedlinburg old Market Square Unesco world heritage site

Description:
Quedlinburg Germany was founded in 922 and is in the Harz Mountains. The main marketplace still exists, now complete with renaissance buildings dating from 1400 to 1700's. It's been restored and is remarkable. From here, we go into the StaatHaus (city hall) and then discover a men's choir has gathered to sing in German. In 1994, the town itself was awarded Unesco world heritage site status.
