April 26th, 2009 was his 80th Birthday and he has decided to retire (once again) from active ministry. This is his final sermon 'on staff', Particularly moving is his finish and standing ovation from the congregation in Part 3 Fr. Bedford, and his wife Mary, will continue to attend St. John's on Sunday as travel allows.
