Iowa Interstate coal loads (Former Rock Island) going through Chillicothe with IAIS 504 on the point. The train is going by the restored Rock Island depot. The railroad signals are older WRRS Model 10 gates with a WRRS bell. Video Footage taken by my freind Ryan W.

Coaster Set on Metrolink 268 (Round 2) @ Drayton St. Newhall
Here is the 5th and last video for round 2 of my chasing the Coaster set. This time, I catch it at Drayton St. in North Newhall/ Santa Clarita. This crossing has A Safetran Hybrid bell and a Modern Industries Mechanical bell, Very cool, and the MI bell is rare for Metrolink. After the train passes, I continue recording to get the train blowing its horn for Oak Ridge Dr., about 3/4 of a mile south of this crossing.
Double GE test track action!!!
On Friday August 29th, 2008 GE was testing TWO sets of locomotives! The first set (GE#2011, 6002, test car #90, and BNSF #7420) were testing on the Norfolk Southern mainline (ex NKP) east out of Erie. The second set (CSX #568, CSX #914, Iowa Interstate #509 in primer, and GE #6000 were stretching their legs on ge's test track. The Iowa Interstate units are being shipped out in primer. Just so happens that we were driving through the country when suddenly the crossing signals go off. So we set up... this video shows the pizza train in the evening heading south, back to Noblesville, IN. This footage was taken from the highway 19 crossing in Atlanta, IN. As you can see, Monon 83-A trails on the rear of the train.

It's very nice when you drive down to the yard, and the first time you cross the tracks, there is your train you want to see. 506 and 703 head across the diamond.
Iowa Interstate Through Blue Island 8/22/08!
I was not expecting to see this at all. The day started off at the BRC where we saw nothing (literally) so we decided to go to Blue Island. The diomand was quiet with the exception of two trains crossing the diomand and the CRL crossing above! After the CRL passed, we went to the station thinking we would see it again, but instead: When we got to the place, I noticed that the CRL track had a high green to come back, but the IAIS (CSX) had a low white (pass slow) signal. IAIS #150 Leads CBBI Ethanol Train East, Joliet IL.
3 IAIS SD38-2s #150, 152, and #154 lead unit ethanol train with one lone IAIS aggregate hopper at the front. Train is on the Rock Island Line crossing the BNSF, CN, and UP diamonds. I was making my way to the back of the train to catch the huge lift bridge go up so sorry about the crappy camera job. SEE MY OTHER VIDEOS!!
