Title:
Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger Dyno Buckler 恐竜戦隊ジュウレンジャー ダイノバックラー

Description:
Welcome to my fourth Deluxe review: The Dyno Buckler. While this review may not be chock full of new angles and such, the pictures and video are of much higher quality and the format is much the same as my new reviews. Plus, I will be writting a more indepth review in this space rather than the small blurb I had written in my earlier review...with that said...let's get started. The Dyno Buckler is the twelfth Henshin Toy of Super Sentai. It's incredibly notable for being the first of it's kind not to be a Henshin Brace, rather it's worn as a belt buckle [hence the name]. Also, it was also used on occassion as a "brass knuckle" type weapon [Dyno Knuckler??]. The toy version of the Dyno Buckler is pretty neat. Included with the Buckler is five coins, a black plastic holder, and a sheet of stickers. Instructions weren't necessary as they were printed on the box [and let's face it, this toy was very easy to operate]. Looks wise, the toy is great. The paint is nice, smooth, and quite shiney. However, the use of decals as the black "bolts" on the front is a bit tacky [they should have painted those areas black rather than have children or their parents botch the decal placement or have them subject to peeling years later]. All told though, the toy is a great toy to look at. It's clean and smooth unlike just about every over engineered changer prior to it. Good things aside, this toy has quite a number of flaws. First, the electronics. They're crap. This toy doesn't seem to respond well sometimes, other times it works fine. It should work all the time, right? The coins are incredibly shiney too. Something that, if they appeared on the show in the same state, would be laughed at. Playability is also an issue. In the past, every Sentai Series Changer was in some sort of wrist bracelet form. It could be worn all day and imaginations could run wild and ease back to earth. All the while, the toy can be worn from the time a kid wakes up until bed time. Not the case here, it just clips onto the belt. Sure Rider Belts are similar, but they are belts. This just clips over top trousers! Imagine losing and returning home heartbroken? Not good. Those clips are not childproof! In America this was released as the very first Power Morpher for the Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers. The toy was flawwed much like they would be for several years to come [to present basically]. It was upside down, the paint was dull, the decals were scant [and the ones used: boring], the holster was missing, the overall quality sucked. But it looks similar and makes the same beep. That has to be worth something, right? Today you can paint up a Power Morpher, buy coins, and buy a set of Dyno Buckler styled decals. So life really isn't so bad if you have a Power Morpher... Thanks for watching my fourth Deluxe Review. I hope you enjoyed it, and reading this extended review. Please Subscribe today! P.S. It isn't for sale, and I won't tell you where to get one. I've had mine for ages and I won't be giving it up.

Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger Dragonbuckler 恐竜戦隊ジュウレンジャー ドラゴンバックラー
NOT FOR SALE!! Don't ask!! That said, here is the ONE YEAR anniversary video from my Channel. That's right, one year ago today I uploaded my very first review to Youtube. To make things special, I skipped the teasers and trailers and i'm just uploading this as a surprise...here is the my review of the Dragonbuckler!! [I've been sitting on this review until now!] As i'm sure every Sentai fan with an internet connection knows, the Dragon Buckler is the Henshin Device of Dragon Ranger, the very first Sixth Sentai Character to become a continuous part of the series [Yes, I know of X1 Mask from Maskman...he hardly counts]. So how is this toy different from the Dynobuckler? Aside from being gold in color, the Dragon Buckler includes Dragonranger's coin as well as the other five coins. Aside from this, there is no change. The toy itself is the same as the Dyno Buckler. Press the button and the four lights flash and the beeping beeps. Standard stuff. Before I owned this toy, I really didn't think much of it. In person, it just looks cooler than you first thought. But still, the design could've been better...and as for the prices this thing has been going for these days? Pass it up unless you hit the lotto. For this money, you could buy some way cooler Changers AND a Dyno Buckler. Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers...sorry. You were stuck with just a Power Morpher. No gold version or Tommy Version was ever released. Not even the coin has seen the American market. This, ofcourse, drives the value and desireability of the Dragon Buckler even higher. If you are a fan of the Green Power Ranger...you'll just have to import this. Or buy a replica coin and paint your Power Morpher Gold. That's all she wrote! Thanks for watching my videos for a whole year! I hope you enjoyed everything you've seen and that this review was worth the wait! Stay tuned for more coming soon... Be sure to check out my myspace at http://www.myspace.com/cclemon99 . I typed up a brand new blog for a behind the scenes look at just how I made a video of a Dragon Buckler with unapplied stickers look like the stickers have been applied! http://blog.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=blog.view&friendID=369670221&blogID=409196319 . Thanks for watching for a whole year! Be sure to subscribe if you haven't already...see you soon! NOTE: I used "Dragon Caesar no uta" for the music. Frankly, I like the song alot. Plus it's the only vocal Zyuranger song that has anything to do with Burai or Dragonranger.

Gosei Sentai Dairanger Aura Changer 五星戦隊ダイレンジャー オーラチェンジャー
I made you guys wait a month after the trailer hit...so here it is: The Aura Changer! As i'm sure you probably know [or atleast can figure out from the box art], the Aura Changer is the Brace used by five of the six Dairanger [Kibaranger used a modified version of the Aura Changer called the Kiba Changer]. To use the Aura Changer, you have to pull the ring on the right half with your middle finger [I incorrectly did it with my index in the video]. You have to pull it quite hard to get it to lock correctly. After that, you have to aim it up and put the right half's ring into the slot on the left half. With a little practice, this becomes easier. The toy itself has a nice design right down to the bands. It has a solid paintjob and a nice use of decals in appropriate areas [something I think the Dynobuckler from Zyuranger could've benefitted from instead of relying entirely on decals]. One problem is the dome on the left half. This dome is easily scuffed even while it is in the package. The result is a small vertical scuff on the dome. Regardless over all this toy is solid. It's worth mentioning that this toy did actually appear as the "Magna Defender Morpher" in Power Ranger Lost Galaxy. The odd thing is, Dairanger was never truly adapted as a Power Ranger series [only Kibaranger, their Kidenju and the Super Kiryoku Bazooka were used among monsters]. Power Rangers Lost Galaxy was an adaptation of Gingaman! The toy isn't *too* different. The right half [the one with the ring] is the same aside from decals. The left half is longer to accomodate AAA Batteries. Also changed are the bands, which are now the same as the Ginga Brace/Transmorpher band. Thanks firstly for your patience and second for watching my reviews. This is the final review for your standard 1990s changers, but I will update some older reviews and bring you two new reviews from 90s Sentai Changers in the future. So stay tuned! Be sure to subscribe for my latest videos and happenings!

Hyakjyu Sentai Gaoranger G Phone 百獣戦隊ガオレンジャー G フォン
ガオアクセス! HAA! Here is the very first standard Cell Phone Changer*! The G Phone! This toy is incredibly cool and fun, but at the same time they engineered the hell out of it making it probably too complex and fragile for many children [there are some very smart kids out there though!]. Also, the electronics are kinda sparce. Everything else, however, makes up for that! This toy is truly a collector's piece. It feels like that's who they made this toy for, the older fan. A toy like say ... the Dynobuckler [Zyuranger] can stand some hard knocks from a kid. The G Phone is one that would probably break with your average toddler/child. Maybe thats why this toy is a rarity these days... If you're a Gaoranger or Sentai fan be sure to pick this one up! And spend those extra dollars to get a sealed one! My G Phone was sealed until today when I snapped a million pictures of it. You can even see in the pictures of the box that it hadn't been opened! * NOTE: The very first Cell Phone Changer was the Keitaizer and it belonged to Megasilver [Megaranger].
Tokkyushirei Solbrain Solindicater 特救指令ソルブレイン ソルインジケーター
Here is the first of my Rescue Police Series Videos. I'm not releasing them in any particular order...so up first is Solbrain! Here we have the Solindicater [that is how they spell it]. This is the badge used by Solbraver. Unlike the previous two badges [Jiban and Winspector] this one is fairly simple and hardly has any electronics. Infact, if I had to liken this to any toy it would be the Doron Changer. The button is even in the same place. What happens is, when you press the button the gate slides down and the badge is revealed. At the same time, there is a siren going off. Interesting...but the really cool part is on the back. The handcuffs inside the box are not an extra, they are part of the badge. They are folded in half and stored in the backside, ready to be pulled out when needed. Cool, huh? That does it for my first review in the Rescue Police Series line. Be sure to check back later for the rest [or check out the trailer if you haven't seen it yet]. Also, be sure to subscribe! Thanks! Take care!
Ninja Sentai Kakuranger Doron Changer 忍者戦隊カクレンジャー ドロンチェンジャー
Here is my Deluxe Review of the Doron Changer! If I may say so, this review in particular is leaps and bounds better than the original review I made back in June 2007. Hope you will agree with me! The toy of the Doron Changer is unique in many ways. It features five Metal Coins, a hidden slot to store all or them, and the most spastic lightshow to date. When the button is pressed, the gate slides down very quickly and the coin is revealed while the lights spin very quickly counterclockwise. A small button on the back releases the coin, and a small tab lifted upwards reloads the spring used to open the gate. I must say, i've always been a fan of this toy. It works so quickly. Not to mention the coins are actually made of metal! None of that gawdy chromed plastic like with the coins in the Dyno Buckler/Dragon Buckler. This is how it should be! The hidden element is also great. Power Rangers fans, you had the Alien Rangers. Oh well. No "Alien Morpher". Still the Power Morpher for the regular Rangers. You might aswell watch Kakuranger. Thanks for watching another Deluxe Review! Be sure to check back soon as I only have two more Deluxe Reviews left! I also have many other toys to review...including a trailer for yet another series i'm starting. Stay tuned! Be sure to subscribe today!

Hikari Sentai Maskman Masking Brace 光戦隊マスクマン マスキングブレス
You read right! This is a review of THE Masking Brace. The one and only! Let's get right into it... Watching the first episode of Maskman, you'll notice something. The lack of a Henshin device. OK, well that's not too uncommon...but as the series goes on...it seems pretty clear that the Masking Brace hardly has any screentime. It's basically used as a communicator. It's featured nowhere in the Henshin sequence... Here I am though, looking at one of the oddest looking chunks of plastic in my collection. Some call it beautiful, some say it's ugly. I just think it's misunderstood. Well, not really. It's just not as beautiful as the Prism Flash [Flashman's Henshin Brace]. Nor is it as cool as the Twin Brace [Liveman Henshin Brace] a year later. It's just...there. The toy itself is of the usual brilliant quality Bandai used throughout the 80s [and basically into the final years there made their toys in Japan]. Not only does it feature the flash device from the Prism Flash [again, the flash mechanism from a disposible camera] but it features a three mode watch! Date, Time, and Seconds. I guess my only two gripes are that it lack an animation [therefor this isn't an Anime Watch like Goggle Five, Dynaman, Bioman, and Changeman had] and it's also an odd design. Not to mention, it runs on two different batteries! One for the flash and the other for the watch! Worse, the watch battery is completely different from the previous Anime Watches. Bah! So there you have it. It's an interesting toy. Good and bad...and certainly swept under the carpet. If you spot one...snap it up right away! It's extremely rare and valuable! Thanks for watching my review of the Masking Brace! This was initially going to be my Christmas review...but no worries. Next Monday I will post a special two-part review in time for Christmas! Take care and be sure to subscribe if you haven't already! P.S. I love every oportunity I get to use a song by Hironobu Kageyama! He rocks! [except in JAM Project...yick] P.S. 2: My fingers are webbed...some worse than others.
