It was manufactured to look like RGS #41 did in the 40's, but I wanted it to look the way it did at Knott's when I was a kid in the 60s and 70s.  | Live Steam 2.5"/foot RGS 2-8-0 #41 This is a simply gorgeous 7-1/2 " gauge (scaled to 3'...)model of RGS #41. It is coal fired so it smells as good as it looks! And it is HUGE! Scaling the 7-1/2" track to 3' gauge means the engine is 2-1/2" to the foot scale, rather than the typical[-for std. gauge] 1-1/2" .
