Aaron Briner (29) of Hazelton, likes to take his workouts to the next level. Here, he does the traditional squat to sit, placing his glutes as far back as he can to get the most out the squat. Except this one has a new twist. He fashioned a link of chains weighing about 25 lbs each. With this attached to the barbell, he adds the weight. As he goes down, the chains hit the ground, reducing the amount of weight he's lifting when he goes down. As he goes up, the chains gradually increase. This way, he maximizes his lift.
