LORD OF THE RINGS Fan's cut Bakshi/Jackson - 11 of 16 (The whole movie, in HIGH QUALITY)

Peter Jackson's pictures, Ralph Bakshi's soundtrack, my cut. See it in HIGH QUALITY!!! "The three hunters - Frodo at Emun Muil." I know there is the movie history's most silent waterfall, but I didn't want to spoil the music. Bakshi chose to concentrate the hunt through Rohan on orc scenes, while Jackson chose scenes with Aragorn & co. Therefore I had to repeat some pictures. And the battle with the riders of Rohan and the orcs is a short rumble in Jackson's film, but a drawn out positional fight in Bakshi's film. So I had to borrow scenes from other fights in Jackson's film. In this part (nr. 11) there is just the first half of the battle.

The footage is from Ralph Bakshi's animated Lord of the Rings from 1978. I kept some of the sound effects from Bakshi's though, mostly because I really like the ringwraiths' shrieks. And Galadriel had to play both herself and Arwen in this video because I think Galadriel is the only woman that actually talks in Bakshi's movie. |
