Kenny started singing in front of crowds at the age of seven in church, solos and in children's church plays. After growing up, he sang karaoke and entered contests around Central Florida. In 2006, Kenny started a band called D'fective D'cisions, where they played bars and parties. The band broke up, Kenny returned to church, and the Lord turned his life around. Currently, Kenny is the worship team leader and leads singing every Sunday at the Astatula Worship Center. Florida Star is held exclusively at Tavares Station in Tavares Florida.
