The Tao

Title:
The Tao

Description:
The Tao Produced and narrated by Todd W. Rawls, September 12, 2009 www.ExplorationsNorthwest.com Script partially adapted with modifications from numerous pages at http://en.wikipedia.org/ pertaining to Taoism, Buddhism, and Confucianism. All images are from Washington State. Rivers include the Icicle, the Little Wenatchee, and the Nooksack. Wells Creek and some tributary streams are also depicted. While camping in Eastern Washington recently, we found cairns in all the rivers we visited, which seemed rather Zen-like. The inspiration for this video came from the juxtaposition between the river cairns and the ubiquitous campsite destruction perpetrated by hatchet wielding boys, against the backdrop of nature.
