On April 25 2009, the Annenberg Community Beach House opened at 415 PCH in Santa Monica, California. Originally the site of Marion Davies' Fabulous Beach House (via William Randolph Hearst), the only original structures still remaining are a guest house and the main swimming pool - both of which have been fabulously restored. This is some footage I took from the grand opening party.
