 | EXPERIMENT This was done earlier this year, the 'Curry Club' met up as usual for jollifications and we decided to try a little experiment. You can try it too. All you need is: A 2 litre bottle of fizzy drink (preferably Coke) A packet of Mentos or similar chewy mint An empty tube from a pack of Smarties A piece of plastic (like a credit card or driving licence) What you do: 1. Open the bottle of fizzy drink 2. Put the mints inside the Smarties tube 3. Place the piece of plastic over the end and turn the tube over (so that the mints will drop out when you whip away the piece of plastic) 4. Position the tube with the mints over the top of the bottle 5. Whip away the bit of plastic so the mints fall straight into the bottle at high speed. 6. Stand back and marvel at the result! This is real 'boys will be boys' stuff and to this day I still don't know why we did it! Stu videoed the result although may have gone a tad over the top with titles and credits!. We were very drunk, needless to say, but it was a bit of a wheeze. |

 | Mentos and Coke... What Really Happens... On youtube i have seen numerous mentos and coke videos. whether this spawned from a random impulse someone had, a curious hunger, or from a bit too much myth busters, someone had discovered something. mentos + coke = an odd reaction of carbonation and fizz. therefore sending coke flying throughout the air. I tried the whole explode things with the mentos and coke. nope. Buuuuut... when i drank my experiment... i got a lot of odd results. no explosions, no vomiting, but there were a lot of other useful things. oh and btw... im a tennis player. so i have nothing against tennis. and the estranged serial killer's wardrobe consists of old tall socks, boxers, and a cape made from pants. music= kernkraft 400- zombie nation |
