 | What is a Community Organizer? The media in our country use many euphemisms or nicer sounding terms, which can be very misleading for those in outside circles. A community organizer is euphemism for a radical activist. I also came across another term when researching the video I did on Obama's mother being a Marxist. I could never find any detailed info on this, but his mother's close friends referred to her as a "fellow traveler". A "fellow traveler" is a euphemism for a "communist sympathizer". Knowing these two little things, gives you an entirely new understanding of the Chosen One. All of the games that the Obamabots play-personal attacks, playing the race card, calling people stupid, all these things come right out of Saul Alinsky's book "Rules for Radicals". Saul Alinsky was the man that founded many of the organizations which Obama used to work for. Alinsky dedicated his book to Lucifer-the first radical. At the Industrial Areas Foundation,a training school for radical organizers , Obama spent years teaching workshops on the Alinsky method. In 1985 he began a four-year term as a community organizer in Chicago, working for an Alinsky group called the Developing Communities Project. Obama: The Promise and The Hope That We Confess by Brian Snow August 29, 2008 Given that the Obama campaign has been reaching out to evangelicals and other people of faith, I guess I as a Christian was supposed to be impressed when Barack Obama closed his nomination acceptance speech Thursday night by tossing me a scripture. Obama quoted from Hebrews 10:23 when he said, "Let us keep that promise -- that American promise -- and in the words of Scripture hold firmly, without wavering, to the hope that we confess." (More on "that promise" later.) Now from time to time you'll hear a politician quote a scripture of general moral precept (e.g. "Do unto others...", "Whatever you did for the least of these...", "brother's keeper", etc), but what politician besides Barack Obama has ever had the audacity to hijack a scripture which refers exclusively to Jesus Christ as the hope Christians confess for their salvation -- and apply it to himself or to his brand of "hope" for America? Sorry, Barack: the hope that I confess for my salvation is not in you or anything to do with your politics! While you hold that thought, consider that when Michelle Obama related in both her Monday night DNC address and in Thursday night's Obama tribute video how Barack spoke of "the world as it is" and "the world as it should be" she was quoting straight out of Obama's handbook for community organizing: Rules for Radicals. Rules for Radicals was written by Chicago socialist and atheist Saul Alinsky -- the original "community organizer" -- who argued that the ends justify virtually whatever means are required. "The organizer," Alinsky wrote, "is in a true sense reaching for the highest level for which man can reach -- to create, to be a 'great creator,' to play God." Barack Obama was trained by Alinsky's Industrial Areas Foundation and spent years teaching workshops on the Alinsky method. Alinsky paid tribute in Rules for Radicals to "the first radical" - Lucifer. You can view if for yourself on the fifth page of the book: "Lest we forget at least an over-the-shoulder acknowledgment to the very first radical: from all our legends, mythology, and history (and who is to know where mythology leaves off and history begins -- or which is which), the first radical known to man who rebelled against the establishment and did it so effectively that he at least won his own kingdom -- Lucifer. - Saul Alinsky" What politician cloaks himself in a messianic scripture while quoting out of his "community organizing" handbook that celebrates Lucifer? Who and what is on the verge of taking over America? Oh...and about that nebulous "promise" that Obama mentioned 32 times in his nomination acceptance speech: if this is The Promise he has in mind, I want nothing to do with it!
