This is my review of the Hyatt in downtown Indianapolis. I love this place. The rooms are great but the staff and service is second to none. From Kim at the restaurant at breakfast to the valet attendant welcoming you home for the day with a wave. Great hotel. Great experience. 9.9 out of 10.
