Red Bank Indie Reporter Bill Day attended the "Top Ten Beaches of New Jersey" awards yesterday at the Sea Gulls nest in Sandy Hook. Realizing most of the winning beaches were too far away for his travel budget, he decided to get the inside scoop on where he could find the most local sand for his tan this summer.
