Feb 18 - A Red Cross worker being held hostage by militants in the Philippines has spoken of his ordeal on local television. Andreas Notter was kidnapped a month ago by Abu Sayyaf rebels along with two colleagues from the International Committee of the Red Cross. The Swiss man said they were only metres away from the crossfire when soldiers pursued the kidnappers last week.
