Washburn Rover

Title:
Washburn Rover

Description:
Here's a quick little vid of me on my deck with my Washburn Rover RO10. This is a great little travel guitar. I lowered the action a bit at the nut and saddle, and put on a set of Ernie Ball Rock & Blues strings. She plays great. Most notable is the intonation which is absolutely spot on. An excellent guitar, and worth much more than the $149.00 price tag.

Rock on Travel Guitar
Few notes
Packington's Pound. (Cover) On Rover Guitar.
Traditional old tune. Weird title, so weird instrument. Hope you enjoy.:) (This is the thing I was talking about Shane.) Played on a Washburn Rover with 10-46 Darco nickle electric strings. (Same as I use on the Taylor and the Strat.) Recorded on a Kodak Zi6 in VMA mode. Meant to be a travel guitar, 24 inch scale, solid spruce top, and yes it has a truss rod.

First Sansula and Guitar Improvisation Part 2
Staffan Palm got a visit from John Byron Shank, US. As John tends to bring his travel guitar and Staffan often has a sansula or two, a improvised jam session was more or less inevitable. It was a very nice session, the first time we do anything like this. Unfortunately the best moments tends to be created when not recording. The Sansula is played on top of a second Sansula turned upside down, resulting in a strong wahwah-effect for the lower notes, as well as a very deep but rather unclear ...
PARAPHRASE on my Rover RO-10 travel guitar [song by Mr Yngwie J. Malmsteen]
I just got my new Rover RO-10 a very nice travel guitar. It just does its job and I think it's great for the low price it's sold. I'm not used to acoustic guitars and the small body fits me well. Here I play *Paraphrase* (from Unleash the Fury - Malmsteen's album) - I have no backing track (can anyone help ?) Speed here is 135 bpm - full should be 150 :-O
