A week ago Monday Spokane lost a solider in Iraq when five soldiers were killed in an IED strike during a convoy mission in Mosul, Iraq. On Tuesday one of those soldiers, Sgt. James Craig, came home to Spokane. kxly4's Dave Erickson reports.

On December 21, 2008 a snow storm dumped almost a foot of snow on Vermont roads. This video was taken in Essex Junction and Winooski, Vermont. The music is the classic "If It Doesn't Snow On Christmas" by Gene Autry. This is the original 78 rpm record my grandfather played when I was a child.
