Julia Robinson Mathematics Festival at UCLA
On April 23, 2009, UCLA welcomed more than 270 middle and high school students from 15 Los Angelesarea schools to participate in the Julia Robinson Mathematics Festival at UCLA. UCLA faculty, graduate students, visiting researchers, high school instructors and local puzzle masters guided students as they tested their skills and learned new math topics in a hands-on environment and visited various activity stations offering problems, games, puzzles and prizes.
