Very Vintage Chicago 1938 Pearl Queen (Quad Reed) Chemnitzer Concertina Accordian Solo. A concertina built by Otto Schlicht for Vitek Elsnic in Chicago. Many advancements were started here in the building of concertina's. A few innovations I can't even tell you about. But, most newer concertina manufacturer's today set this instrument as a standard from which to work from. Of course, it is tuned the Chicago style with moderate tremelo. Extremely Vintage 1919 Pearl Queen Diamond Beauty (Triple reed) (Abalone and Mother of Pearl inlay) Chemnitzer Concertina Solo. This instrument was the most luxurious concertina you could purchase in the early 1900's Chicago US of A. Tuning was from that time period. After almost 100 years, this concertina sounds pretty good to me and she doesn't even need an oil change! If you don't play a concertina, I hope that you would learn how to play one. Concertina's can bring a lot of joy into your ...
