Memorial to a Fire Fighter Jeff Wagner
Jeff volunteered with the Chester Nova Scotia fire dept. He was 19 when he was killed in a motor vehicle collision Oct 26,2006. This was the video his girl Emma made and presented at his memorial arranged by the Fire Dept. Jeff was a sensitive and caring son. He was always a hard worker and good friend.
