 | Smoky Mountain Railroad Part 1 On March 28, 2009, i went up to Bryson City, North Carolina expecting to ride the train but i missed it. So i headed down to where the Tuckasegee River rafting finish line to wait for it. Around 11:30 it showed up. This is the nantahala gorge excursion (west bound).
