Another one of my favorite Don Williams tunes. I don't know how this song was intended when it was written but it can be a beautiful gospel song. "You placed gold on my finger" makes me think of the prodical son's father putting a ring on his finger when he returned home. Ah, it could just mean a wedding ring...Which ever way, it's a beautiful song. Probably want this one at my own funeral. :)
