The final Part of a 10 train engineering possesion around Worgret Junction (Wareham). Originally the possesion was at Poole but was changed to Wareham instead, hence why some of the drivers stopped and phoned the box. Others recieved the message and didnt need to stop. Lincoln Central 1992 a flim by Fred Ivey
On September 1st 2008 Lincoln station reopened with colour light signalling. This short film by railway photographer Fred Ivey shows the semiphore heaven that was Lincoln and the adjacent High Street level crossing, the busiest level crossing in Britain.
