Molka Elite - Lotun Waste and Ochre Djed

Title:
Molka Elite - Lotun Waste and Ochre Djed

Description:
Ha. Told you I might upload another one someday. XD Anyway, here's two areas you play through during the 6th chapter of the game... the desert, Lotun Waste, and its resident dungeon, Ochre Djed. Some notes here... Lotun Waste's palette is wrong. I changed the lava to a bright red, the grass to a burnt orange, and all the shades of brown to a reddish tint. I just forgot to set the new palette in the Dmap settings. X_X Ah well, the current palette is at least similar to the one it's supposed to be... The music is "Gaia's Naval" from Chrono Cross. Ochre Djed, the dungeon, has three entrances, but you only get to see one for now. It's also three floors deep, and veeeery long. The music here is from one of the SNES Donkey Kong games, probably the first one. If you want to know how the Black Sphere switches work, basically they're Boss Lock Blocks, and the "Boss Key" is actually the Kill All Enemies item paired with some Trigger enemies. You initially have the real Boss Key in every Dmap in the game. Hope you like this little teaser. ^_^ --Schwa

Despair Boss #1: Elvarg
First dungeon boss, uses many scripts and hypercam sucks and slows it down when running. The actual fight during gameplay will feel just fine and shouldn't slowdown, at least if you aren't running a bunch of other stuff as well. Thanks a bunch Joe123 for scripts and for Frario at The Spriter's Resource for rips of the boss. And Nintendo for the original graphics.
Molka Elite - Natoo Wall and Dark Junction
Here's an area slightly farther ahead in the game, specifically in between Levels 3 and 4. Link has to stop in the Dark Junction Cave found in Natoo Wall to get the key to unlock Level 4's entrance. Natoo Wall isn't so nasty, but it's home to Like Likes in the bottom area and Lynels elsewhere (this video has no Lynels), and loads of secrets to find. Dark Junction Caves are a lot like the normal Junction Caves, except darker, and waaaay harder. Right off the bat I get pegged by a Red Bubble, and after felling the Zombie Cuccoos Link needs to make a pitstop in the side room... where you hit the switches, get the bubble, and get OUT. Or the Mirror Wizzrobe will eat you alive. (Thing does 8 hearts per hit... With the Blue Ring that's reduced to 4, but still.) Then there's a Maze Path (you learn the combination earlier on), then you give the Goron a fish to continue, and finally the key. It's a rather large step up in difficulty all at once. That's the kicker. And yes, you'll notice I cheated just so I can film this video... The Subscreen shows no Triforces collected. In reality the player has 3 by this point. @_@ The music is from Diddy Kong Racing and Megaman Battle Network 1, in that order. The Blue Bubble graphics were made by ShadowTiger, an admin from PureZC... This guy's made of win, trust me. More to come later. Let me know what you think of these areas in the game. :D
Master Hand BATTLE (Alpha/preview)
Yep. He's here. This preview of an actual battle, he only has two moves. But that's why it's called a preview. This is in ZC.
Molka Elite - Secret Dungeon: Dragon's Den
Hi. This is Dragon's Den of Molka Elite. It's a secret dungeon accessable at any time after beating Level 5 or 6 (I forget which). The premise of the dungeon is basically a gauntlet. Get to the end and defeat any enemy in your way. You'll be fighting things like Gleeoks, Manhandlas, Patras and a looooooot of Darknuts. This dungeon does have a few puzzles though... including three Maze Paths (one guy in an earlier dungeon tells you all three solutions, so have a pen and paper ready), a sweet block puzzle near the end, and a torch that only is pushable while lit. You also have to watch the Red Bubbles or they'll screw you up bad. I kinda got lost on that third Maze Path. Sorryyyyy... XD The music is from Super Mario Land; it's the Ruins theme. If I find a decent midi of the SSBB arrangement, I'm swapping for it, no questions. :D Criticism is welcome! ^_^

Zelda Classic: Scripting Power! ==2==
The second part of this ongoing series on the power of Zelda Classic scripting. After the tease of the last video, I decided to take on a more traditional application for ZC scripting. Watch as humble level 7 of the 1st quest ends in a surprising way! Applications of scripting seen in this video include but are not limited to: weapon projectile spawning, specifically stuff that hurts Link, real-time item modifying, primitives drawing (the circle and triforce) and the math functions necessary to achieve the effects shown, tile drawing functions and scaling of said tiles (note the size of the Aquamentus), moving and editing FFCs in real-time, and just for kicks a quick and dirty particle system using weapon projectiles. Much more is possible, you just need the patience to bring your ideas into reality. Credit to Haakon Marthinsen and Neville for the two MIDIs from VGMusic used in this video.

Molka Elite - Heron Dojo
Time for me to show you what ZC 2.10 can REALLY do. Here we have a dojo. Go into it, and the guy will give you a 20-rupee challenge: clear 3 fights in under a minute each without dying. The fights aren't too hard. Do this and you win a Heart Piece. Leave the guy, and now what, there's a Blue Bubble in the room that wasn't there before? Hmm... Go back and meet the guy again, and the challenge is different. Harder. Beat 3 more fights and get a second Heart Piece. Right after winning the second fight, our guy challenges Link to the Super Challenge, where he has to clear three really hard fights in under a minute each and his B Button is disabled. Clear this and get a THIRD Heart Piece. I set all this up with some cool Pit Warp effects and even the Dungeon Boss Flag. I'll let you try and figure out the specifics... All it is really is an elaborate combo attack, so to speak. The music for this dungeon is "Bone Dungeon" from Final Fantasy Mystic Quest. 'Tis a good song.
