I honestly never even imagined this!
I beat speeding ticket without even filing criminal charges!
So I will be filng open records request to find out for sure if it was due to the counterclaim. I cant wait to see what will happen in glendale now since I filed charges just for starters. Nothing is for sure but I will defend myself one ticket at a time ;)

I am going to have to say that going to lunch is not going to a call. Nor does it qualify as an emergency. But, lets not worry about what Officers do. Lets only worry about ourselves. Maybe that is why we are the only ones that get cited when our time runs out.
